Nebraska VR, the Brain Injury Advisory Council, and the Assistive Technology Partnership invite you to join us for a Nebraska Brain Injury Peer Support Summit. We hope you will take time to learn about what has been happening in our state (and in the country) and provide input on where we go from here.
The Summit will highlight the many ways individuals who share the experience of brain injury can come together as equals to give and receive help based on the knowledge that comes through shared experience.
We look forward to meeting with individuals who experience a brain injury, their family members, Brain Injury Support Group leaders and members together with professionals (in education, employment, mental health, and service providers in independent living, rehabilitation, aging, and health).
