Participants who have been affected by trauma or compassion fatigue while working within traumatized communities or organizations need healing and self-care tools.

Strategies of Trauma Awareness and Resilience (STAR) training can equip individuals, communities, and organizations for better work outcomes and improved well-being along the journey. STAR assists learners in identifying traumagenic responses and move into healing spaces of breaking free from the reaction.

Participants will learn about healing for themselves to increase job satisfaction and reflective self-care practices.
