Your donors already believe in your mission. Many also carry quiet concerns about taxes, income security, and control over what they have built. When organizations learn how to speak to those realities through effective messaging and donor discovery, generosity takes on a different shape. Drawing on insights from Andy's time with Crescendo and now his real-world practice with the organizations he represents, this session explores how thoughtful gift planning marketing transforms asset holders into long-term partners in impact.

Andy Ragone is a national speaker, writer, and thought leader in modern gift planning strategies. As a Founder and CEO of Pleiades Nonprofit Advisors, and formerly with Crescendo Interactive, he assists nonprofit organizations in identifying major gifts that are often overlooked, particularly those hidden in appreciated assets, retirement accounts, and estates. His approach combines data intelligence, donor psychology, engagement with professional advisors, and effective moves management to reveal transformational commitments.

As a Certified Gift Planning Professional, Andy serves on the boards of the Arizona Charitable Gift Planners and the Northern California Council of Charitable Gift Planners, and he has previously held a position with the Southern California Gift Planning Council.

With over twenty years of executive leadership in the nonprofit sector, including experience as an executive pastor, Andy understands growth at a structural level. He integrates vision, culture, volunteer engagement, and fundraising into a cohesive system that effectively advances an organization’s mission with clarity and sustainability. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Arizona State University and a Master of Divinity from Phoenix Seminary.
