The National Congress of American Indians and its co-sponsors will host
Tribal Unity Impact Days on September 12-13, 2018.
This event provides tribal leaders the opportunity to engage with key members of Congress.
On the morning of Wednesday, September 12, Congressional members will brief
tribal leaders on the critical legislative issues currently affecting American Indians and Alaska Natives. The remainder of Tribal Unity Impact Days will consist of tribal advocacy meetings between tribal leaders and Congressional members and their staff.
Advocate on the Farm Bill at Tribal Unity Impact Days!
The U.S. House and Senate have named conferees for the 2018 Farm Bill conference committee. Time is of the essence. It is critical that federal lawmakers hear from you to ensure that key tribal provisions are retained in the final compromise that will become the 2018 Farm Bill. Join NCAI during Tribal Unity Impact Days to advocate for tribal interests. Together, we’re moving forward and making strides on behalf of Indian Country.
