Registering in Client Centre just got easier

By the end of July, the main policyholder on an account will be able to register in Client Centre in five simple steps using an email address.

With our simplified registration process, your customers are just a few steps away from accessing all their insurance information conveniently online.

We’ve updated our payment reminder emails for one and three pay customers.

If you encounter any suspicious online or phone activity or receive phishy-looking emails, please contact the Intact Customer Experience Team (CET). CET handles fraud alerts for all Intact Financial Corporation brands and divisions by investigating fraud reports, comparing incidents with active fraud alerts and coordinating with affected teams.
