Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Meeting and Training - Myrtle Beach

This is free traffic incident management meeting focusing on DHEC and Hazmat Interstate closures and training for all responders – fire, police, Highway Patrol, EMS, coroners, towing/recovery, dispatchers, DOT, public works, media.

  • If you have an specific incident you would like to discuss please contact Ray or Jeff (contact info below).
  • Law enforcement agencies-please advise your rotation towing companies to attend this meeting and training for your safety and theirs.
  • You have a choice to attend the meeting, the training, or both the meeting and training (you will need to register for both if attending both).

 

During the training participants focus on unified national best practices for traffic incident management. The training provides a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach with safety as the primary focus along with quick clearance to reduce roadway exposure. This class accounts for 3.5 hours of law enforcement CEUs and 4 hours EMS recertification's.
