Harvest Cooking with Chef Christine October 16th - 7:00 p.m. (Virtual event) Invite your close family and/or friends for a fun Friday evening. “HAPPINESS IS MEAL KIT"*,  all the ingredients you will need to “Cook with Chris” in the comfort of your own home.  Just place your order for the number of meals desired, each additional box purchased receives a $5.00 discount. Pick up your “Happiness Is Meal Kit” at Happiness Is, Banksville, 1067 North Street, Greenwich, CT on Friday, October 16th between 2-5pm, class starts @7:00pm. All you need to contribute is lettuce from your garden to pair with Happiness Is delicious dressing. Can't make it on the 16th, cook at your own leisure, on your own timeframe, thru a virtual link. Happiness Is Back Country Market, Cafe & Catering The Study Fine Wines and Spirits *Wine Pairing available from The Study Fine Wines. Pick up 2 half bottles for $25. $10 will be donated back to the Greenwich Botanical Center for the native habitat restoration behind the GBC Greenhouse.  If you have questions regarding the menu and wine, Chris from Happiness Is and Katie from The Study of Fine Wine will be online from 7:00 - 8:30pm October 16th to answer your questions. Also included in each box is a container of lettuce generously donated by Sam Bridge Nursery. It can be placed on your windowsill to continue harvesting thru the winter months.
