As leader of The Jeff King Band and Musical director of the CBJC All Star band, Jeff continues to dig deep and explore the legacy of jazz music. He has been called a master by his contemporaries in finding and selecting music that captures the essential spirit of Jazz.  He is a champion of "The Brooklyn Sound" and what he calls "New Jazz Standards".
