STEM Grambling hosts electrifying event about circuits and electricity
STEM Grambling hosted an electrifying STEM Saturday event at Grambling State University in May for more than 100 kindergarten through 12th grade scholars, parents and volunteers to engage in hands-on STEM activities.

The event focused on electricity and circuits and was designed to teach our young engineers how electricity flows and to help them understand how circuits are used to power everyday devices.

MONROE, La. (KNOE) - Grambling State University held a free STEM NOLA event earlier today. It’s a program that teaches minority students how to code technology at a young age. The event started in New Orleans but brought activities to GSU.

Learning how to program, and code technology can be a challenge for some students.

“Well, it really is a test of patience, because it’s really frustrating,” said Brielle Smart, a 5th-grade student.
