Registration Now Open – Pax Christi International’s World Gathering in Florence

Dear Friends,

We are pleased to share the registration form for Pax Christi International’s World Gathering, celebrating our 80th anniversary in Florence, Italy, from 5 to 9 November 2025.

Our partners at Pax Christi Italia are generously supporting the local organisation of the event, helping to create a warm and meaningful experience for all participants.

We look forward to gathering at Centro Studi CISL in Florence, where we will reflect on our journey, strengthen our movement, and plan for the future. The General Assembly of Pax Christi International members will also take place during the gathering.

🖋️ Registration and Fees

Each participant is asked to cover:

A registration fee of 195 EUR, which helps cover organisational costs
Lodging and meal expenses, depending on your room preference
Travel costs, which should be arranged and paid for individually

You can now complete the registration form to confirm your participation and indicate your lodging preferences.

🏠 Lodging Options at Centro Studi CISL

All activities and meals will take place at Centro Studi CISL, where participants can also lodge. Options include:

Single Room: 68 EUR/night (excl. city tax)
Double Room: 55 EUR/night (per person)
Double Room for Couples: 55 EUR/night (per person)

Breakfast is included. Lunch and dinner are available at 19 EUR per person, per meal.

Centro Studi CISL has limited capacity (80 participants), with:

28 single rooms
22 double rooms
3 double rooms for couples

Please register early to secure your preferred accommodation. If capacity is reached, we will explore alternative lodging options nearby, including Pax Christi Italia’s Casa per la Pace, which is also included in our programme.

📒 Participation Guidelines

Each member organisation may send up to 3 representatives, and we encourage you to include one young person (aged 18-35) in your delegation to help ensure diverse representation and fresh perspectives.

We kindly ask you to share this form with young people in your networks who may be interested in participating, particularly those already engaged in peacebuilding work or connected to your organisation. This form will be a way for them to express their interest in joining the Pax Christi International Youth Forum.

We especially welcome and encourage participation from the Global South. Members wishing to sponsor an additional participant from the Global South are invited to do so; this person may be included in addition to your delegation of three.
