The FAFP is accepting nominations for our 2021 awards recognizing exceptional family physician members. Awardees will be recognized at the FAFP Family Medicine Winter Summit in Amelia Island - December 10-12, 2021.

Categories include: Family Physician of the Year, FAFP Family Physician Executive Award, Art of Medicine, Exemplary Full-Time, Part-Time and Volunteer Educators, Young Leader Award, and Exceptional Resident Scholar. Nominees must be current FAFP members and not previous award winners.

The FAFP’s CME activities are designed to allow Family Medicine physicians and health care professionals the opportunity to update their medical knowledge, enhance clinical skills, and support their professional development through dynamic CME curricula.

Virtual KSA Study Group - September 23, 2021
Register now for a stand-alone Virtual KSA Study Group (Heart Disease) on September 23, 2021 from 6:30-9:00 pm EST. CLICK HERE for registration. Deadline to register is Wednesday, September 22, 2021; 11:59 pm EST.

You will earn 10 certification points and 8 enduring (not live) CME credits after successful completion of each KSA; ABFM will award these certification points and enduring CME credits.
