Volunteer With The Assembly

Volunteers are ESSENTIAL to making Synod Assembly successful, especially this year! We will need more volunteers than ever to help make a great experience for what could be over 600 people! We need many volunteers to assist with the check-in, hand out voting devices and serve as communion assistants, ushers, hospitality helpers, voting pages, ingathering volunteers, technology assistants and more. Can you help in any of these areas? You don’t have to be a voting member to volunteer. Fill out the form below to let us know what areas you are interested in and what days you would be available.

Youth Volunteers Needed

Calling all youth!

  • Do you need to complete service hours?
  • Do you need a great letter of recommendation for a job, college or trade school?
  • Do you want to be a leader as we elect a new Bishop?
  • Do you want to meet new youth from all over the synod?

We need you - a group of great young leaders at Synod Assembly this May 3-4. You will help us with various roles during the Bishop election process and assembly. That night, you are invited to a SEPA Youth overnight at Advent, Harleysville. Then, we're back to the work of Synod Assembly.
