ON THE SAME DAY OF THE CLINIC/LESSON/CAMP YOUR CHILD IS ATTENDING!
Two payment options are now available:
Option 1:
Use our online payment option on Eventbrite (Small credit card processing fee incurred)
Option 2:
Prepay for future classes (see below):
* Place payment in an envelope marking the future dates you are paying for in advance - hand deliver at class.
* Mail payment prior to clinics/lessons/camps to: Elite Volleyball Program, 11000 S. Central Park Ave., Chicago 60655
Please include our annual 2019 Waiver (only needed one time per year) only if you choose Option 2.
EVP Cancellation Policy
No Shows are players that do not show up to the clinic/lesson/camp with no notice to Elite Volleyball Program, which results in no refund or credit.
Valid Cancellations must be made 2 hours prior to the scheduled clinic/lesson/camp. To cancel, email [email protected].
Late Cancellations are those made less than 2 hours prior to the clinic/lesson/camp which results in no refund or credit.
