As we plan our next Racing & Gaming Conference at Saratoga, I start with a sincere, heartfelt thanks to all of our loyal sponsors, speakers and attendees who have helped transform our annual August event into a vital summer tradition. I promise that our 2025 event will be our strongest yet. The Conference will be held over three days at the Saratoga Hilton, August 11-13, 2025; with: 

• Three sessions on the afternoon of Monday, August 11 
• Six panels on Tuesday, August 12 
• Three panels on the morning of Wednesday, August 13. 

Working with the team at Spectrum Gaming Group, we are assembling a quality agenda for this year’s conference, with leading speakers from across New York State and the entire nation. Our goal is to inform and entertain. And, as I have stressed before, our unscripted panels will ensure that you hear all sides of every issue. 

As always, we will offer three scheduled opportunities to catch up with old friends and make some new ones: 

• Monday evening Welcome Party at the incomparable Adelphi Hotel 
• Twilight Racing Happy Hour at the Hilton on Tuesday 
•  A Day at the Races at the Saratoga Race Course on Wednesday afternoon. 



Registration is now open! Early bird rates are available for those who register before June 30. Additionally, a group room block is available at the Saratoga Hilton. Attendees are strongly encouraged to book early to secure their accommodation.
