Self-Care 2.0: Self-Care is Just the Beginning

Please join us virtually for ICADV's Self-Care 2.0: Self-Care is Just the Beginning training on July 11, 2023!

Let's start this fiscal year off right! We frequently stress the importance of self-care and the impact that taking care of ourselves can have on the services we provide, but what is self-care really? How do we prioritize our wellbeing? How do we find self-care practices that actually work for us as individuals?

This training dives into ideas of interconnection, structural wellness, and holistic supports for ourselves and, if you are in leadership, for those on our teams. We will discuss core concepts and practices that center our wellbeing and balance. We will also discuss how leaders and organizations can create policies and practices that allow for and encourage employee wellness. There will also be opportunity for some wellness practices within the training. Come prepared to nurture yourself and learn ways to help nurture your staff.

Join ICADV in launching a fiscal year in which we take care of ourselves and each other.
