Planning to travel to Turkey or have a desire to familiarize yourself with Turkish language and culture? Or, maybe, you already know Turkish and want to practice it to not forget?
These classes are designed to teach basic language skills through reading, speaking, and simulated situations. Bring a notebook and a pen to class. You will receive a handout for each class.
Beginner 1: Tuesdays 5.30 pm - 6.45 pm
This course is for beginner students without any knowledge of the language.
Beginner 2: Tuesdays 7 pm – 8.15 pm
This class is a continuation of Beginner 1 and is designed for students with some knowledge of the language. A good practice for intermediate students.
Intermediate 1: Mondays 5.30 pm - 6.45 pm
Pre-intermediate (A2) level. This class is a continuation of Beginner 2 level.
Intermediate 2: Mondays 7 pm – 8.15 pm
This course is a mix of intermediate and advanced students.
- Registration is for the total semester. No need to register for each week.
- Please bring a photo ID with you when coming to the class.
- If you are not sure about your level, you can change your level in the following classes or you can try both classes and continue with the one you feel more comfortable or continue both of them if you like! Just registration to one class is enough for that situation. However, Beginner 1 is the new starters class and the tickets goes fast for that level. So definitely make a registration for that class if you are a new starter or want to start over from the beginning.
- After registering a class, if your plans change and it turns out that you won't be able to attend the classes; please cancel your registration, as we have limited number tickets and we close the registration when they are finished. But, the registration is for the whole Fall semester, and if you won't be able to attend the first class but will attend the rest as much as you can, still do the registration.
