We are pleased to share that this year’s institute will once again be held at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida—a setting that reflects the caliber and professionalism of our network membership. The conference theme will be Sustainability and Continuity of Direction.

Date Change Announcement

Due to rising resort and hospitality costs, the 2026 summer institute has been adjusted from three nights to two, aligning with the format of the fall and spring institutes. The program will now begin on Wednesday, July 8, at 4:00 p.m. and conclude on Friday, July 10, at 11:00 a.m. Rooms will be available three days before and after the event for anyone wishing to personally extend their stay.

Ready to make travel plans?

A room block is being held at The Breakers. The negotiated rate is $345 per night. The rooms have a tendency to sell out quickly, so please don't hesitate to book your room as soon as you know your plans. 

If you would like to extend your stay, please secure rooms before booking your flight. Rooms during the July 4 holiday will be billed at the prevailing rate, which is much higher than our negotiated rate. This includes Sunday, July 5. The hotel will honor our discounted rate for checkin on July 6.

All-Inclusive Members:

Two nights of lodging will be covered in Palm Beach. Once you register, Nicole will reserve your room. If you wish to extend your stay or need an upgraded room, please note that in the registration form. Superintendents should make their own travel arrangements and can expect an airfare or mileage reimbursement of up to $500. 

PAGE Superintendents:

All members sponsored by PAGE should go through Bill McCown for travel arrangements.

All Other Members and Guests:

Please reserve a room at the hotel using the link below. That link shows our negotiated rates for each room category on the institute nights and, as availability allows, three days before and after the conference.
