Dear Parents / Guardians, 

Our first-semester parent-teacher conferences will take place in person on Thursday, September 28, 2023, from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. Students will have a half day of school (noon dismissal) that day. Brief, 7-minute conferences, can be scheduled with any or all of your daughter’s teachers. The conferences will take place in the Sister Michelle Germanson Athletic Facility. All teachers will be seated in the gym, so there is no travel time between each conference. To schedule your conference click here.

You may schedule your conferences at any time within the following timeframe:

1:00 to 4:00 p.m. 

4:30 to 7:50 p.m. 

Teachers will take a short break between 4:00 and 4:30 p.m., so no conferences may be scheduled at this time. 

The scheduling window will be open from Thursday, September 14 until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, September 25. No conferences may be scheduled after this time. Teachers will not be available for unscheduled meetings that afternoon.
