Dear Parents and Guardians,
Please be advised that listed below are the NJSIAA start dates for Winter 2021-2022 Sports:
*Bowling, Ice Hockey & Swimming - November 8, 2021
*Basketball & Wrestling - November 22, 2021
*Indoor Track - November 29, 2021

If the date of your child's current physical at NVRHS is on or before 11/8/20 for Bowling, Ice Hockey and Swimming, on or before
11/22/20 for Basketball, and Wrestling or on or before 11/29/20 for Indoor Track, they will need a NEW physical in order to be placed on the Winter 2021-2022 roster. All medical offices are open for well visits.
Please print out the Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form and drop off at the Main Office in the Athletic Forms Box in a sealed envelope with the name of the student and "athletic forms" written on the front of the envelope.
We do NOT accept faxed, scanned for email, or copied forms. Only originals are accepted.
Please be aware that these required forms must be received, reviewed, and processed by the school nurse before the athlete can try out or practice. Incomplete forms will cause a delay in the start of your season.
The safety of our athletes is our most important consideration. No athlete will be allowed to participate in NVRHS sports if the school procedures and the State guidelines are not followed.
