When agencies and programs want to implement something new, it can be difficult to know how to start. A well-crafted implementation plan can help guide agencies and programs as they do this work. Actionable plans help address what the program is trying to achieve, what changes can be made by the program that will result in improvement, and how the program knows that the changes have been successful. People who join this webinar will learn the steps of drafting an actionable plan and see these steps applied to an example plan to increase capacity to provide integrated treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions.
You will earn a certificate for participating in this webinar. CEUs will not be provided.
