10 to 11:30 am

There's a reason why you love to garden. Lorraine Lander, Ph.D. will explain what's happening to your body and brain when you spend time spent outdoors. Lorraine is an avid gardener and life-long educator. Beyond the science of the benefits of gardening, she will share some ideas for enjoying your garden time even more.

Lorraine Lander is a recent transplant to Williamsburg. She holds a B.S. in Nursing, an M.A. in Applied Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Human Development.
Seating is limited to 48 and each person must register separately.
