Online registration is now open for FA's World Service Business Convention May 29 - May 31, 2026.

Important Facts:



• The 2026 Convention will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Danvers, MA.
• Registration will remain open through April 28, 2026 until 11:59 PM PT.
• Hotel accommodations are not included with your FA Convention registration and must be booked separately. Use this link to book your room at the hotel, or call 978-777-2500 and use the code FA6 to book a discounted room. Reservations must be made before April 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT.
• WSC voting members must register by February 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. Register as a WSC voting member through the same form used to purchase convention registration. If you need help registering to vote, contact the FA Office at fa@foodaddicts.org or 781-932-3600.
• More information about electing a World Service Conference (WSC) voting member can be found in the World Service Conference Member Manual.
• Applications are now being accepted for the following WSI Board positions: Chair, Vice Chair, Bylaws, Connection, Convention Planning, Office, Traditions Review. Before applying, please review the WSI Officer and Committee Chair Position Responsibilities. Those wishing to apply should use the Officer and Chair Application Form. In order to see this form, you must be logged in to the FA website.
• Procedures for motion submission have been sent to the boards of intergroups and chapters, and can be found in the WSBC Motion Submission Procedure Document. You can submit a motion here if you are an Intergroup, Chapter, or WSI Committee Chair. In order to see this form, you must be logged in to the FA website.
• The deadline for board applications and motion submissions is also February 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT.

• Meetings should not set aside money to send a WSC member to the Convention. Refer to Document 8: From A Traditions Perspective for more information. 
• Your intergroup has money budgeted to support World Service Conference voting members (WSC) who require funds to assist with business convention expenses. Please visit the World Service Business Convention Page for more details and links to apply.

• When you register, you will also be selecting your food plan. Keep in mind you will not be able to make changes once you've submitted your payment. 
• When planning travel for the Convention, note that dinner on Friday will be served from 5:30-7:00PM. If you are going to arrive past 7:00PM, you will need to bring your own dinner. The Convention will end at lunchtime on Sunday.
• If you'd like to share a room or transportation with other fellows, add your information to the Ride and Lodging Sharing List.
