Please join me this coming May 16, 2024, Friday, at 1 PM for our eighth annual charity golf tournament, Tee Off for a Cause. To those women and girls and their newborns, whom we serve, it is more than a round of golf. It is a chance for a new beginning in life. That is why it is very important to us at A Safe Haven for Newborns that you join us in our mission; we could not do what we do if it were not for you. As of this writing, the Safe Haven for Newborns family has grown to 421.
Proceeds from the tournament, after expenses are paid, are set aside to fund the many programs that are offered to the expectant mothers, at no cost to them, through our network of referral agencies across all 67 Florida counties. They include prenatal care, counseling, shelter, abuse and suicide issues, confidentially placing the infant at a safe haven location, and much more; no one is ever turned away, and the needed services are offered.
The registration fee of $1,500 covers your foursome’s golf, driving range and putting green use for warmup, all beverages (soda, water, and alcoholic beverages), lunch from the food trucks and BBQ at the awards reception, plus parking (valet and self park). Click here to register.
