Helpful Information, Registration and Schedule of the Day
We suggest you do not need to sit in front of your computer all day. You are free to sign in and out of Zoom at the beginning of each hour, or you can simply turn off your video and mute your microphone and stay connected. If you would like to linger for private prayer the Zoom room will remain open with our altar space on camera and the candle we light in the first hour will remain lit until the days end.
The times of the HOURS are all on Eastern Time. Please adjust for your time zone.
VIGILS (pre-dawn prayer) 7:00 a.m.
LAUDS (shortly after sunrise) 8:30 a.m.
TERCE (mid-morning) 10:00 a.m.
SECT (mid-day) Noon
NONE (mid-afternoon) 2:00 p.m.
VESPERS (evening prayer) 5:30 p.m.
COMPLINE (night-time closing prayer) 7:00 p.m.
