As the groundhog stated on February 2, we are in for an early spring. The same can be said at Darlington Arts Center as our spring semester of classes and workshops begin this week! Registration is still open, so please visit DarlingtonArts.org and sign up today!

Speaking of our websites, you may noticed quite a few changes. In our continued effort to ensure Every Art for Everyone, our staff has been working hard to highlight our scholarship programs, outreach programs, and community efforts. We are very excited to share with you all that Darlington has to offer. Please take a moment to look at our new and improved website and let us know what you think!

February is a busy month for Darlington Arts Center- we welcome the community to our monthly student recital on February 8 at 2pm. That evening, come celebrate the visual and performing arts as we officially open Jen McCleary's gallery of art and then host Lucky Brown featuring EB Hawkins in our February Coffee House.   On Presidents' Day, we are offering a new Arts All Day workshop From Junk to Gems, where our students will learn the value of recycling and "upcycling" as they create unique and breathtaking works of art.
