Registration Now Open!
Capital Region USA's Global Travel Exchange will be an annual marketplace designed to connect the region's travel suppliers, overseas buyers, and receptive operators in face-to-face appointments, regional familiarization tours, and engaging networking events.

As this is a first-year event, please take a moment to note the following: 

  • Registration is limited to two attendees per organization. The first attendee registration fee is $1,295; second attendee fee is $795. 

  • The Global Travel Exchange (GTE) registration fee includes attendance at CRUSA's Global Market Update (GMU) and the Global Travel Exchange (GTE) including marketplace appointments, breakfasts, lunches, networking and touring events, and attendance at the group dinner/evening event (details TBD).

  • Registration will initially be capped to 20 organizations each from Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia (60 supplier organizations total). When a regional limit has been reached, we will waitlist organizations. Once the registration deadline has passed, if a regional capacity has not been filled, we will then fill that space with waitlisted organizations on a first-come-first-served basis.

  • Due to the capacity limits, we will be manually processing all registrations. You will receive separate confirmations when your registration has been received and once it has been approved.

Cost: $1295 for first attendee; $795 for second attendee

What's Included: Marketplace orientation, appointments and networking events as well as attendance at Global Market Update, CRUSA's annual education event for the regional travel industry. Breakfasts, lunches, breaks, and receptions also included with registration.
