We are excited to launch registration for your upcoming regional meeting hosted by WVU Medicine Children's in the Bruce McClymond Room at WVU Medicine Children's. During this meeting, your teams will focus on engaging with the region's goals and strategies for improvement in key network priority areas. Join your region in Morgantown, WV on Friday, June 9 from 8-3:30 p.m. ET. SPS is not able to offer a virtual meeting option for attendance at this time.

Logistics

June 8 Hospital Tour (Tentative)

WVU Medicine Children's would like to gauge interest in an optional hospital tour for attendees. Please indicate when you register if you're interested in attending a hospital tour, and if so, which option, on the evening of Thursday, June 8. More details will be communicated in the coming weeks once a headcount is established.

June 8 Networking Reception (Optional)

The WVU Medicine Children's team is hosting an optional networking reception to take place following the hospital tour on Thursday, June 8. Space will be reserved at Bartini Prime located at 350 Suncrest Town Centre Drive, Morgantown, WV 26505. Please indicate when you register if you're planning to attend. Note: attendees will be responsible for the cost of food and drinks.

Getting to Morgantown

There are two airports in the area; Morgantown Municipal Airport and Pittsburgh International Airport. Please see additional travel details to WVU Medicine Children's for both airports below.

From Morgantown Municipal Airport

Taxi transportation is available at approximately $10 - $15 to campus and nearby residential locations. Please call the Yellow Cab Company (304-292-7441) or you may call Motown Taxi (304-291-8294)
Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.

From Pittsburgh International Airport

Grey Line Public Bus makes two trips daily from Pittsburgh Airport to Morgantown (Mountaineer Station) at a cost of approximately $25 – $30. Taxi service or ride-share to your final destination may be necessary at an additional cost. Please call Yellow Cab Company (304-292-7441) or Motown Taxis (304-291-8294) once you reach the bus stop in Morgantown or utilize a ride-share service.

The Grey Line Public Bus departure times from Pittsburgh International Airport are as follows:

One-way fare from the Pittsburgh Airport to the Mountaineer Station. Departs Pittsburgh airport daily:
10:00 AM - Sunday - Saturday
6:00 PM - Friday and Saturday
9:10 PM - Sunday - Friday
Grey Line Bus pick-ups will occur at the Ground Transit Door 8.
