The Dept. of Energy issued a final rule to update the baseline federal energy efficiency performance standards for construction of new federal buildings. Effective June 6.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau issued a proposed rule to assist people who are victims of human trafficking. Comments due May 9.
President Biden issued Executive Order 14070 to "protect and strengthen Medicaid and the ACA and to make high-quality healthcare accessible and affordable for every American." The Internal Revenue Service issued a notice of proposed rulemaking regarding eligibility for premium tax credits for employer-sponsored coverage, comments due June 6.
The Dept. of Health & Human Services issued a request for information to receive input on a draft outline of the 2022 Environmental Justice Strategy & Implementation Plan. Comments due May 19.
