The Occupational Safety & Health Administration issued a proposed rule to amend its occupational injury and illness electronic recordkeeping requirements. Comments due May 31.

The Office of Science & Technology Policy issued a request for information on the energy use and climate impact of digital assets. Comments due May 9.

AV Safety Standards
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued a final rule to ensure automated vehicles maintain current safety standards for occupants regardless of internal design differences from traditional vehicles. Effective September 26.

Hazardous Discharges
The Environmental Protection Agency issued a proposed rule to require facilities to submit a plan for responding to a worst case discharge of a hazardous substance in waterways. Comments due May 27.

Removing Credit Ratings
The Securities & Exchange Commission issued a proposed rule to remove references to credit ratings in the agency's regulations. Comments due May 23.

Airplane Lavatories
The Dept. of Transportation is proposing that a lavatory in new single-aisle aircraft be large enough for a passenger with a disability. Comments due May 27.
