The Federal Highway Administration issued a final rule updating the agency's National Bridge Inspection Standards. Effective June 6.
The Industry & Security Bureau extended the comment period to advance supply chain resilience and security between the US and EU in key technology sectors. Comments now due June 23.
The Dept. of Energy issued a final rule codifying backstop requirements for general service lamps, which is a departure from previous agency determinations. Effective July 25.
The Environmental Protection Agency issued a proposed rule expanding reporting and recordkeeping requirements for asbestos. Comments due July 5.
The Dept. of Health & Human Services issued a final rule on various provisions of the Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act. Effective July 1.
HHS also issued a notice that the annual rate of interest on claims collections will be set at 9.375%.
