President Biden issued a memo delegating new authorities to the Secretary of Health & Human Services to increase the availability of powdered infant formula under the Defense Production Act.
The Int'l Trade Administration issued a request for comments on the agency's attempt to "establish a framework for enhancing U.S. economic competitiveness in, and leveraging of, digital asset technologies." Comments due July 5.
The Food & Drug Administration extended the comment period for a proposed rule on national standards for licensure for wholesale drug distributors and third-party logistics providers until September 6.
The Nat'l Science Foundation and Science & Technology Policy Office issued a request for information on the interim report of the National Artificial Intelligence Research Resource Task Force. The agencies will host a virtual listening session on June 23, and comments are due June 30.
The Environmental Protection Agency withdrew proposed rules from June 2020 and October 2021 that would have listed three foam blowing agents, which are hydrofluorocarbon blends, as acceptable.
