Early Packet Pick-Up
Early packet pick up is scheduled this Wednesday, 11/30, at Sterling Street Brewery
175 Sterling Street, Clinton from 4:00pm to 6:30pm
Your packet will be ready for pickup if you registered by noon on Wednesday 11/30.
Come down to Early Packet Pickup
and enjoy a FREE 5 oz. Sterling Street Brewery beer!
Race Day
The 5K is scheduled to begin at 10:00am on Saturday,12/3
at Break-Away Billiards, 104 Sterling Street, Clinton
Parking
Parking is available in the Break-Away Billiards lot and the adjacent lot
at Darmann Abrasives.
There will be volunteers with arrows directing you to the parking areas.
Pre-Registration Check-in: Opens at 8:30am on 12/3
Check-in for pre-registered runners opens at 8:30. Your registration price includes
bib with tear-off ticket for 1 free beer at Break-Away Billiards after the race (for those 21+ proper ID required) and long-sleeve t-shirt for the first 350 people who registered.
Day of Registration: Opens at 8:30am on 12/3
Day of registrations will be accepted the morning of the race between 8:30 and 9:45am; the cost is $35 Registration includes bib and ticket for one complimentary beer
(for those 21+).
Race Start:
Race begins promptly at 10:00 am
Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded after the race for the top male and top female runners
in eight age categories.
After Race Celebration:
Your bib includes a tear-off (or ticket) good for one complimentary beer compliments
of Break-Away Billiards. This tear off is good only on race day directly following the race (for those 21+ with proper ID). Pizza will also be provided by Mr. Z's Pizza.
Raffle:
We have some great raffle items this year that you won’t want to miss.
Raffle tickets will be on sale before and after the race. 25 tickets for $10!
Weather:
The National Weather Service forecast for Saturday
Cloudy with a chance of showers, with a high near 50 degrees and winds
up to 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
Please dress for the weather! Remember your hats, gloves, and warm clothing!
Should the weather change and the roads become unsafe for the event, participants will be notified as soon as possible at the email provided upon registration. Notice will also be posted on the event webpage at

Unclaimed bib packets will be kept at the WHEAT Office for pick up for one week.
