Step 3:
Go to Packet Pickup & Get Your Bib
!
We have THREE options for packet pickup this year. You can go to any of them.
Here are packet pickup details:
- Wednesday, December 11th 4-7PM at Fleet Feet RIDGEWAY 2522 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626
- Thursday, December 12th 4-7PM at Fleet Feet VICTOR 237 High Street Ext, Victor, NY 14564
- Friday, December 13th 10am-7PM at Fleet Feet @ The ARMORY 155 Culver Road, Rochester, NY 14620
- Race Day, Saturday, December 14th, at the Blue Cross Arena from 7:30 am until 8:15 am
Race Bib Details & Timing:
We will be timing the race using the MyLaps BibTag System. Your timing chip is on the back of your bib you'll get at packet pickup. It is very important that the bib is worn visibly on the front torso of each participant. If you lose, forget or misplace your bib on race day, there is a $5.00 replacement fee. No chip, no time. No Bib, No Medal.
|
|
Step 4:
Bring a toy to Packet Pickup
!
Fleet Feet & YellowJacket Racing are hosting a toy drive to collect toys to be donated to the Pirate Toy Fund, which provides toys to families in need during the holiday season. Simply bring in a new, unwrapped toy with you to packet pickup (December 11th thru 13th).
|
|
Step 5:
Wear the Antlers!
The first 1200 5K and 300 Kids Race registrants get free reindeer antlers to wear. Be festive and don your reindeer headgear proudly. Spread those antlers out tall!!

!

|
Step 9:
Take fun pics
!
This course features many wonderful downtown views, so why not capture the day. Featuring a course, that brings you along the Genesee River with a beautiful view of Downtown Rochester and the
Frederick Douglass–Susan B. Anthony Memorial Bridge
(informally called the
Freddie-Sue Bridge.
Gather your friends and family at the start and finish and flash that camera. Be sure to hashtag
#reindeerrun
and
#fleetfeet
|
|
Step 10:
Enjoy our City
!
When the race is done stay in our city and enjoy some of our favorite things
(of course wearing your medal, extra points for antlers too)
:
- Visit the Fleet Feet ROC Sock Shop at ROC Holiday Village in Martin Luther King Jr. Park! How about some free ice skating, kids craft area and various holiday pop up shops! Take a visit down the street from the arena to the new ROC Holiday Village.
- You gotta eat, so stop by Jines Restaurant on Park Avenue for breakfast. Featuring delicious Eggs Benedict and they'll even serve on Gluten Free Bread. You may want to call for reservations, especially if you have a large party.
- Meat Lovers, check out McCann's Local Meats who feature fresh cut meat from a world class butcher. Offers a variety of brunch items, my personal fave is the Sloppy Joe, but many other options too, including gluten free bread.
- Like art and breakfast, take a meal and a looksee at the Brown Hound Bistro in the Memorial Art Gallery. Absolutely delicious and currently home of the "flavor of the month" Pancakes. You may want to call for reservations, especially if you have a large party.
- Love to cook and fresh foods, then take a visit to the Rochester Public Market with so many local vendors to peruse.
