COVID-19 EIDL and PPP Update
The SBA EIDL (economic injury disaster loan) deadline to apply is December 31, 2021.
  • Maximum loan amount = $2 million
  • If previously declined, apply for a reconsideration via email: [email protected]

If you are applying for commercial credit or plan to in the next several months, consider applying for PPP forgiveness prior to end of year to clean up your balance sheet.

LOCAL LOAN FUNDS RELAUNCHING!
Community Investment Collaborative has partnered with Greene County Economic Development Authority and Orange County Office of Economic Development to relaunch the following loan funds:
Greene County EDA Loan Fund has been relaunched to provide a flexible source of supplemental financing for businesses operating in, expanding in, or locating to Greene County.
Orange County Revolving Loan Fund Program has been relaunched, aimed to provide a flexible source of supplemental financing for businesses expanding or locating to Orange County. 
Continuing options for microbusinesses and socially disadvantaged businesses:
  • Business Recovery Fund will provide flexible and affordable loan capital of up to $15,000 to microbusinesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic 
  • Business Equity Fund: The City of Charlottesville Office of Economic Development's Minority Business Program has allocated $35,000 for direct business support to 14 socially disadvantaged businesses
