K-2nd Grade Update:
Miss Jo is looking forward to seeing her students Friday night for our Shabbat and Sunday for our last day of religious school! Students should arrive by 5:45 PM Friday night.
3rd-7th Grade Update:
This week starts the beginning of the fourth book of the Torah, Bamidbar/Numbers. "In the Desert", God comes to Moses and Aaron to take a count of the children of Israel. This led us to a discussion about what a census is, as well as the origin of Hebrew names.

We learned about the next pilgrimage holiday, Shavuot. We related the word Shavuot (weeks) to the word Shavua (week) and Sheva (seven). Ask your child what things we do and don't do on this holiday.  We hope you will join us for Shavuot services on Thursday, May 25. The evening will begin with family programming and an ice cream bar! RSVP HERE

We are looking forward to seeing everybody Friday night for our Shabbat service. Please arrive at 5:45 PM. We had fun decorating cakes for our Shabbat dessert Friday night. We can't wait to eat them!
We will offer a special blessing Friday night and Saturday morning to all students graduating from High School or College and to all students traveling to summer camp!
