Recently, Pope Francis asked we remain steadfast in our “spirit of Christian brotherhood” to recent events that pose unique threats to world peace. Mary exemplifies how remaining resolute in our faith during trying times helps “all hurts, fears, and divisions to be overcome.” Paulette Mican knows this all too well, after having suffered a devastating personal tragedy. She credits her devotion to Mary as the inspiration she needs to find the courage to endure.
