FEATURE: Remember Academy Hill In Your End-of-Year Giving Plan!
Your donation to the Annual Fund makes a direct and lasting impact on our students. Please join 100% of our dedicated faculty and staff by making your annual donation to Academy Hill today.

"This exceptional Academy Hill education is made possible by tuition and the additional financial support of generous parents, grandparents, alumni, faculty and friends of the school. In fact, tuition only covers 89% of the cost of running AHS, which leaves a gap of more than $130,000 each year. The Academy Hill School Annual Fund helps fill this gap, thereby allowing the funding and flexibility to provide inspiring programs, retain amazing teachers, and support financial aid so that Academy Hill’s student body is both diverse and strong.

We hope that you will join us in supporting the Annual Fund this year, by making a gift at a level that is meaningful to you. Each and every gift, no matter the size, makes an impact on Academy Hill and our children’s experiences. We know that making a separate donation in addition to tuition is a new idea to many families...Our ultimate goal is achieving 100% parent participation as it serves as a nod of appreciation to the faculty and a wonderful example of the strength of this community." - from a letter to families from David and Kari Kayiatos
We have reached 80+% of our Annual Fund goal ahead of the holiday weekend!

2021 - 2022 COVID Safety Protocols and Information
The Academy Hill COVID Response Team - a dedicated team that includes school leaders, along with medical professionals, infectious disease and public health experts from among our parent community - meets regularly to review our COVID-19 Safety Plan.

The most recent version of the Safety Plan can be found under the Parent tab on our Website. As we update or revise the plan, the latest version will be posted to the website in this location. As a reminder, all families agreed through the Parent and Student Handbook acknowledgement form that they are responsible for reading and complying with the most recent version of the Academy Hill COVID Safety Plan.

Thank you for helping to keep our community safe.

Next selection: The Ninth Night of Hanukkah written by Erica S. Perl, illustrated by Shahar Kober

Summary: It’s Hanukkah, and Max and Rachel are excited to light the menorah in their family’s new apartment. But, unfortunately, their Hanukkah box is missing. So now they have no menorah, candles, dreidels, or, well, anything! Luckily, their neighbors are happy to help, offering thoughtful and often humorous stand-in items each night. And then, just as Hanukkah is about to end, Max and Rachel, inspired by the shamash (“helper”) candle, have a brilliant idea: they’re going to celebrate the Ninth Night of Hanukkah as a way to say thanks to everyone who’s helped them!
