It all started with a bible study

300 people gather for Bible studies regularly across Flores de Villa each week, reaching children, men, women, and elders each week with God's love. Over the years, thousands more have been introduced to Jesus.

All ages are learning together, growing together, and serving together. And the more they grow in their knowledge of the Lord, the more it expands. The Gospel is truly Good News for people that live in abject poverty.

Watch the short video below to hear how God has transformed this community from humble shantytown beginnings to a beckon of hope and how you can be a part of it too.

Pray, Give, Visit

So how can we support the spiritual growth of our friends in Christ?

  1. Continue to pray and intercede on their behalf as they share Jesus' love daily.
  2. Consider financial support to help fund future retreats, purchase supplies for Club de Ninos and Abuelos, or student sponsorships.
  3. Come serve with us in 2027: English Camp January and VBS February. More details coming soon!

Humble beginnings grow with Jesus

God used two small bible studies and multiplied the faith across the community of Flores de Villa.

Years ago, David met with a group of men, connecting with a doctor who had a heart to care for the shanty community. As they began to build relationships and trust in the community, Gina gathered a group of six women to read the bible for the first time.

These small gatherings, centered around growing in the knowledge of the Lord, were like the humble basket of bread and fish that Jesus multiplied to feed thousands who hungered for more of him.

Jesus met their tangible needs and their spiritual needs. Our small acts of obedience still blossom into miracles, as we trust and turn to Jesus.

“Jesus then took the loaves, and when he had given thanks, he distributed them to those who were seated. So also the fish, as much as they wanted" John 6:11

Your gift helps us provide supplies for 100+ children at Club de Ninos every Saturday, meals for 60 Abuelos monthly, refreshment for ministry leaders through retreats, and much more.

Thank you for helping us continue to build up faith in the community and build up leaders who pour the love of Jesus Christ.
