The GCS community has many things to be thankful for both individually and corporately. So, as we enjoy respite from normal routines over Thanksgiving break and opportunities for rest, relaxation, and fun with family and friends, let us offer unbridled gratitude to our Lord and Savior for all with which he has blessed us. We are especially thankful to God for sustaining our community through the continuing COVID-19 pandemic and the blessing of having uninterrupted in-person education for so many successive weeks.
As we continue to pray for God's protection and act in ways that place the protection of our school community over individual preference, please be reminded that when we reconvene on Monday, only students and employees with green HealthCheck passports should return to school. Those with yellow or red passports should wait to return until they have received authorization from their respective school-level principal.
