On November 14th, Rose Britner of Pinnacle Plastic Products joined the Ohio Manufacturers’ Association Workforce Summit as a panelist on recruiting untapped talent. Rose shared strategies like meeting applicants where they are, focusing on eagerness to learn, and offering clear pathways for promotion. | |
She also highlighted Pinnacle's partnership with the Northwest Ohio Manufacturing Alliance (NOMA), a program of the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce, to provide ESL classes through the Good Jobs Challenge Grant, fostering engagement and retention.
