Why sleep is so important

Ensuring children are getting enough sleep is one of the most important things we can do for their health and wellbeing. Sleep can help children feel better, think more clearly and concentrate more effectively during the school day. It gives them energy to complete tasks and can make them more alert.

Call the bus garage one day ahead.

If you have a student who is switching from virtual to in-person learning, please let the bus garage know at least one day before your student’s return.
