During this time of remembrance, we are also reminded of the importance of mental health and well-being within our profession. We must prioritize taking care of ourselves and our colleagues.

All members are encouraged to reach out to one another for support and to check in on colleagues, friends, and trainees. As a close-knit community, together, we can provide comfort and understanding during moments of grief.

Furthermore, we wish to emphasize that mental health resources are available to all members across Canada. If you or someone you know is struggling, please seek help.
