You've helped them enrol, now remind them to activate!


Customers have 18 days to activate my Drive in the Intact Insurance App after they enrol. Visit the new activation page on the Intact Portal for information and resources to make sure your customers continue to access their exclusive features and their personalized premium on renewal.

Change in automatic increase in amounts of insurance


With price increases having a significant impact on the cost of rebuilding and the cost of goods, we are revising the inflation rates applied at renewal to amounts of insurance for our P&C and Specialty Solutions products.

Interurban and IRCA rate changes


Effective November 22, 2022, for new business and December 22, 2022, for renewals, we are introducing the following changes for interurban and individually rated commercial automobiles:


  • Increase in base rates to ensure rate adequacy, resulting in an overall impact in the upper single-digit range.
  • Removal of rate capping which was implemented in May 2020 to help alleviate the financial impact of Covid on IRCA customers.
