The High-Performance Conversation (HPC) window is open! Astec strives to be an Employer of Choice and foster engaged employees by using the HPC process to set and track annual goals, discuss values-driven behavior, formulate employee development plans, and reward performance.
From Nov. 1, 2024 until Jan. 31, 2025, employees and managers must engage in the following steps to complete their High-Performance Conversations:
1. Employees: Choose the appropriate self-review form (linked in the button below).
2. Employees: Complete your self-review form and submit to your direct manager before your High-Performance Conversation meeting.
3. Managers: Schedule and lead a High-Performance Conversation meeting with each of your direct reports.
4. Managers: Submit the completed HPC form by January 31, 2025. Submit via Oracle (sites where Oracle is live) or via an email to local HR (sites where Oracle isn’t live).
