Thumbs up after a great discussion at the Regional Summit in Prospect on 7/27
Please join CLCC and our land trust co-hosts for this fun and informal opportunity to share your land trust's experiences and challenges, offer advice on what's working, get some advice on what could work better for your land trust, your town, and region, and provide CLCC with input on your organization's needs for services and programs.
CLCC regional summits are free and open to all land trust board members, volunteers and staff, municipal land use commissioners and others interested in strengthening conservation in the region.

Join us for a facilitated conversation focused on different models that bring more human resources to bear on increasing demands for small and/or all-volunteer land trusts. We'll explore several land trust management models including a shared staff position, a shared services coalition, a collaborative multi-town project, and a land trust merger.
