Dear Falcons, 

Don’t forget our Mandatory COVID-19 Testing or Vaccination policy will be fully enforced starting October 31, 2021. We strongly encourage you to submit your proof of vaccination or COVID-19 testing results without delay. As a reminder, you can review our previous message from September 23 concerning the new policy. 
 
Board Policy 2905 (BP 2905) requires all students and employees to show proof of vaccination or commit to mandatory weekly COVID-19 testing to return to campus for the fall 2021 semester.


Remember:
  • If you are vaccinated, you are required to upload your proof of vaccination to Optimum HQ no later than October 31, 2021  to come to campus. Please view the questions and answers page on how to upload your proof of vaccination.

  • If you are unvaccinated, visit the COVID-19 Testing Information page for mandatory testing information required to come to campus. Testing is required until the end of the semester.

Additionally, we will share more information about our new vaccine policy for spring 2022 later this week.
