Reservations are required no later than Saturday, February 27, 2021. Please make checks payable to TFRW for $35 and mail to TFRW Treasurer Bonnie Siler, 9400 Grove View Cove, Germantown, TN 38139, [email protected]. Please include any dietary requests. Attendees will be required to wear masks and to social distance. We will have limited reservations, so please RSVP as soon as you can. Deadline for reservations is Saturday, February 27, 2021.
***We have had a resignation in the office of TFRW First Vice President. According to TFRW Bylaws, Article IV, Section 6. Vacancies: "A vacancy in an elective office shall be filled by the TFRW Board of Directors at its next meeting following the vacancy. Notice of such vacancy shall be given with the Call to the meeting.” The deadline for the Nominating Committee remains the same, Feb 15. It has passed. The Nominating Committee will bring forth its recommendation on March 6. Nominations will also be taken from the floor.
We have had a vacancy in the position of Area 5B Vice President. According to TFRW Bylaws, Article IV, Section 6. Vacancies: "A vacancy in an elective office shall be filled by the TFRW Board of Directors at its next meeting following the vacancy." We will take nominations from the floor to fill this position on March 6, 2021 during our TFRW Board of Directors' Meeting.
***If an Area Vice President from the middle region fills the First Vice President position, then the position of Area Vice President will need to be filled at this Board Meeting as well.
