If you were a 2023 show exhibitor then you would have received your space renewal application for the 2024 show in July.

If you have not received your application, please let us know right away!

The Early Bird Rate applies to the 2023 exhibitors, (as well as exhibitors who were not in the 2023 show and prospective new exhibitors). Any exhibitor who wants to receive the Early Bird rate for the 2024 show will be required to return their signed application and 50% deposit by September 15th.

We understand this is a busy time of year. Please know that we are receiving space requests from returning and new exhibitors, therefore, it is imperative we know what all 2023 exhibitors plans are for this year so that your needs are not left out of our planning.

All exhibitor listings for the print show guide and digital search functions are the responsibility of the exhibitor and can be updated by accessing the show’s digital platform. This link will be sent in a future newsletter.

If you are happy with your listing in the printed show guide, there is no need to do anything else. Your 2024 printed show guide listing will be the same.

If you would like your printed listing revised for 2024, please send back your requested revisions with your renewal application or you may change your print listing on the platform when we open the link at a later date.

The Vancouver Boat Show newsletters are the main source of communication.

Exhibitor communications are sent from this email address: ahenschell@canadianboatshows.com. Please add to your contacts as a safe sender and/or check your spam/junk folders.

We are finding many exhibitors reporting that they don’t receive the newsletter, or it lands in their junk folder. We suggest to please check your junk or spam folders periodically.

If you have not been receiving our newsletters, please let us know to add your email address to the distribution list. If anyone else from your company should be receiving the newsletters, please send us their email.
