Amy Clark is a licensed architect with nearly twenty years of experience in the profession. Her architectural portfolio includes projects in most every sector: commercial interiors, commercial core and shell, government projects, hospitality, high-rise residential, K-12 schools, community centers, and single-family residential. Previously she also worked as an Integrated Program Manager at JLL on the Xerox account, where she assisted the client with their real estate strategies, including space utilization and financial forecasting, across their US and Canadian portfolios.

James Waccholz is a Managing Director with over 19 years of commercial real estate experience.
