Additionally, we are actively recruiting for a third Business Development Executive to cover the remaining Eastern Region states for Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. We are currently interviewing candidates to find the right fit for Credit Human and our business partners.

Jerry Bretton is a seasoned professional with seventeen years of background in manufactured housing lending, fourteen of which are with Credit Human. Jerry has served as a Direct Business Development Executive on the consumer side and a Loan Advisor in the Central Region. Customer focus and commitment to quality service are two areas that Jerry excels in. Jerry is eager to work with partners in the "Southern" territory of FL, GA, SC, and NC, bringing his wealth of experience. 

Glenn Groves brings over nineteen years of experience in the Manufactured Housing Industry, including the past 3 years with Credit Human as a Business Development Executive for the Central Region. He has managed manufactured housing communities and retail locations in Ohio, Florida, and Texas. Glenn is excited to build strong business relationships with brokers and retail locations throughout the Midwest and New York. He will support the “Northern” territory of IL, IN, MI, OH, and NY. Glenn's successful and proven track record makes him a valuable addition to the East Region.
